Preparing for July 18 -- Flyer is Ready

The flyer is ready for distribution to the HH neighborhoods. Thanks to Ralph for putting it together and having copies made. It reads as follows:

Save Hopkins Hill School
And Your Neighborhood

The Coventry School Committee is meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at 9 Foster Drive, Coventry (the administration building behind KnottyOak Middle School). Item #9 on the agenda concerns the Hopkins Hill Property Easement (Center of New England - CONE) that involves the building of an access road to CONE across the Hopkins Hill School Property. If you are interested in seeing how this will affect your school and your neighborhood, plan on attending this meeting. Public comment is supposed to be allowed. This is the first step in the process to get the School Committee and the Town Council to oppose any such access road across the school property or others that could follow using the various stub connections located in the neighborhood.
